Automated Onboarding

Develop a standard format that can be used so the teams can add users to ProjectWise. allowing admins to skip simple tasks like creating new users. ie: Excel sheet that DE lead completed adding user and security group. System runs and updates or create a user's as needed. System only picks up the sheet if its been updated within the ProjectWise project area.
