User-managed MFA option

I would like to request for each IMS user account to have the ability to toggle MFA on or off. MFA is a huge burden to manage from an organizational standpoint and there's no current ideal way to manage it for those outside of the organization. With the recent update to ProjectWise to allow toggles to mandate MFA and IMS, allowing users to toggle the MFA options on/off allows for more flexibility to ProjectWise-using organizations to toggle the additional security options without the need to manage entire external organizations or users individually.

Ideally, the MFA toggle would be enforced on both PWDI and Infrastructure Cloud projects.
