Implement Automatic Form Update After "Reassign" Action

We propose implementing an automatic refresh or update mechanism for forms immediately following a successful "Reassign" action.

Currently, when an "Reassign" action is performed on a form by an assistant within the platform, the form does not automatically refresh or update to reflect the new assignment.
