To be able to turn on/off or choose Enterprise Roles at the project level

Projects can have bespoke requirements and displaying Enterprise Roles, which are not required for use to a given project seems unnecessary and can cause confusion and forces admins to provide unnecessary explanation to project teams why they're there. Ability to turn on/off individual Enterprise roles as required on a project/project template gives a more personal experience and avoids confusion if the intention is not to use some of them. Additionally, the creating of some Enterprise Roles recommended by Bentley to allow ringfenced access to Subscription Analytics, or the ability to Create Projects are not project level roles and shouldn't be exposed at the project level.
