Setup custom support hotline / mail for error messages

Current Situation.

Sometimes users will receive error like in the screenshot (insufficient access). They click 'Contact Us' and open cases with Bentley support who cannot help them.

We have a first, second and third level IT support which resolves such most cases without the help of Bentleys.

Desired situation:

We would like to replace the mail in the 'Contact Us' button us with our own support mail adress to directly help users in our organization or users outside of our organization that try to access our projects.
