Text-wrap in forms display labels - Custom CSS in forms

We are having some scaling issues when adapting forms to mobile devices.
When a horizontal text label of a form element overflows, the string is trimmed with "..." at the end. This causes forms to be manually re-designed for mobile layout, making it less efficient.
Having custom CSS overrides in forms would make development experience much better. Also, having some "auto-wrap" text labels, or "auto-shrink" would make a feature like this more accessible to non-technical users.
