Traffic Signal Sighting Analysis and Validation

It would be extremely helpful to develop a similar tool, using a similar approach, to allow the validation of traffic signal heads for drivers. The tool would allow the specification of the vehicle location and height compared to a traffic signal head modeled in 3D, and provide the line of sight analysis.
