Add 'Contract' or Portfolio' option to group projects together

We currently have a long list of projects in BIC making it difficult for users to navigate, even if they use favourites. Ideally, we would like to ground these under contract or portfolio. It would also be helpful if we could add a 'client' field and filter by that information as well.
