when Geo Locating allow users to switch between world and plant grid alignment

We are using design review in a Plant design context where majority of users only care about location relative to the Plant Grid and local plant North. We have been shown some of the features that Geo Location could provide but it looks like this would force users to work in true world coordinates and true North. It would be useful if we can have an ACS that can be aligned with Plant Grid. Then allow users to select between real world and plant grid when aligning view and measurements.
