User profile card

Request is to enhance the user contact card so we can capture more info and create custom fields that can be reuse.

Example, we could have an initial field , thst can be use to populate a user atribut under PWE to filled a titleblock attribute.

We coud capture all project a user belong and for each project capture the organisation, the departement, the discipline, his role etc...
